I International Festival of Slavic Music Fest is dedicated to the culture of the Slavic countries: Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Poland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Russia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Serbia and other countries in which the ancient culture of the Slavs has been retained.


I International Festival of Slavic Music Fest is dedicated to the culture of the Slavic countries: Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Poland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Russia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Serbia and other countries in which the ancient culture of the Slavs has been retained. The program of the Festival includes concerts of the Music Competition, exhibitions, fair, presentations, workshops, theater performances and much more. Slavic Music Fest is a cultural event of international dimension. Its aim is to present and popularize the folk culture of the Slavic nations, supporting the revival of Slavic traditions expressed in music, singing and dancing. The festival gives the opportunity to meet a substantial part of the rich cultural heritage of the Slavs and confront the experience of the participants, and thus favors the development of international cultural dialogue. The main aim of the Music Competition is to support aspiring performers and allow them to promote themselves among an international audience. Jazz, rock, solo performance or with a band- doesn't matter! The most improtant is to sing folk, Slavic style. That's the motto of the event.
Concerts take place between 22 and 25 January at Klub Garnizonowy, 1 Zyblikiewicza Street. Tickets to each concert cost 20 PLN.
