Van Gogh Alive exhibition gives a unique possibility to learn more about Van Gogh's works in a completely different perspective. Thanks to the innovative multi-sensory technology, visitors can watch more than 3 thousand artist's works on each space of a gallery: walls, columns, ceiling and even floor. Heart-moving game of lights and colours, unusual brush stroke, atmospheric music allow to appreciate Van Gogh's art. The exhibition 'Van Gogh Alive' is held in the Historic Main Railway Station in Krakow, from 20.08.2016 to 20.11.2016.
'Kadrowanie PRL-u. Robert Kosieradzki' is an another temporary exhibition presenting the district of Nowa Huta from the period of PRL. Kosieradzki's photographs show Nowa Huta from 60's and 70's of the 20th century. They are divided into several groups: landscapes of Nowa Huta which was changing, extended; working people, a rest after work (on the Nowohucki reservoir, in an amusement park, on the cycling or car race), children, portraits. Nowa Huta from the past has many scenes. We invite you to explore them in the PRL's Museum. The exhibition is held between 11.05.2016 – 31.08.2016.
'Medicine in the art' is an another exhibiton in MOCAK which forces to think about present world - its mental condition. It arouses mixed feelings, from delight of medicine possibilities to disgust refering to human thoughtlessness. The exhibition focuses on many aspects of medicine as well as our life. Pain, therapy and death, compassion and care, experiments and dilemmas. Medicine is a fascinating topic for artists because it is controversial. From 24.04.2016 to 02.10.2016, the exhibition 'Medicine in art' is held in the MOCAK musem.
The exhibition "In the land of snow lion" presents the Buddhist culture of Nepal, Sikkim and India. Jaroslaw Należnik is a traveler and photographer. He captures places, monuments and local people met in Asia. His photographs are dominated by portraits of people in everyday moments, as well as during important ceremonies. The exhibition is held in Śródmiejski Ośrodek Kultury in Krakowie, from 28.07.2016 to 01.09.2016 (MINI Galeria, 31-027 Kraków, Ul. Mikołajska 2).
