Cruises on Vistula river in Krakow
Welcome on board! We invite you to a cruise on one of private gondolas – Wanda, Julia, Jagienka, Anna, Heligunda, Zbyszko and Danusia which can take up to 12 persons. During the cruise you can have a look not only on the Wawel Hill but also on the beautiful Krakow’s landscape. Cruises start from the landing-place “Cape Verde” in the centre of the city.
We offer you 3 different options for such cruises:
1)Panorama of Krakow
Landing-place “Cape Verde” is situated at the feet of the Royal Castle on the Wawel Hill, near the Debnicki Bridge. Here we start and go toward the nunnery of Norbertanki convent (12th century), passing the church of Saint Salvatore (12th century). You will be able to see the Hill of Saint Bronislawa and the Kosciuszko Mound on the top of it (19th century).
On our way back you can admire not only the architecture of the Wawel Hill and the church of Archangel Michael and Bishop Stanislaus on the Rock (11th century), but also the panorama of the Old Town mixed with modern elements, such as the Museum of Japan Art and Technique - Manggha.

2)Krakow – Bielany
Having begun our trip at the landing-place “Cape Verde” and passed by at the nunnery of Norbertanki we go toward Bielany where Cameldolite monks have their monastery. On our way, you can see not only the Vistula landscapes of Krakow’s suburbs, but also the Castle in Przegorzaly (20th century), picturesquely situated on the edge of the Wolski Forest. And then, you will admire the Church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary, together with the monastery of Camaldolese (17th century) and their hermit houses, located on the top of the Silver Mountain.

3)Krakow – Tyniec
Having started at the landing-place “Cape Verde” at the feet of the Wawel Hill and passed by the monastery of Camaldolese in Bielany we go to Tyniec. On our way you will admire the Vistula nature landscapes. Tyniec is a place known from Henryk Sienkiewicz's novel “Teutonic knights”. On our trip we have to go through the Kosciuszko-lock that dams up the river. After we pass the sport centre with mountain kayak racetrack, we will reach our destination – a Benedictine monastery (11th century) located on the limestone rock. It includes the church of Saints Peter and Paul, convent buildings, a café and a restaurant where you can try Benedictine delicacies.
This private cruise lasts 4 hours which includes 1 hour stop at Tyniec so you can visit the Benedictine Abbey.
