Film Music Festival (Apr 20, 2011)

Film Music Festival will take place in Cracow 4th time this year. The date 19-22 May is very good, because it is just after the Cannes Festival and before Krakow Film Festival, so it attracts to Cracow an elite of modern world of music, culture and film as well as fans of cinema.


Festival is dedicated to the music created for the cinema. What is inimitable for this Festival is unique connection between film music performed by the best musicians and orchestras and high class movies images.
The program is various: from retrospectives and exclusive gala concerts, through chosen monographic concerts by recognized in the world of film music composers, finishing on mass open-air concerts.
These monumental shows are innovative, on highest level and organized with great breadth, they don't have similar in the whole Europe. For those in Cracow it may be an opportunity to initiate before the Krakow Film Festival.
