Bagatela Theatre is located at the corner of Karmelicka and Krupnicza Streets in the very centre of Krakow. Theatre was opened in 1918 by Marian Dabrowski – famous publisher in Krakow. After modernization in 1938 it became most elegant theatre in the city.


Theatre’s repertoire today is dedicated in big part to the icon of Polish literature of beginning of 20th century – Tadeusz Boy-Zelenski. Theatre offers also a wide range of musicals and contemporary productions. Its public is attracted by well-known names of Polish actors.
