Krakow is a paradise for food lovers. Old Town and Kazimierz Jewish District are simply filled with hundreds of restaurants, bars and fast food points where you can find almost everything you can think of. There is a wide range of restaurants from exclusive ones to rather budget but decent places.

If you are looking for a high-level spot maybe you should check one of those restaurants:
1)Wierzynek

2)Pod Aniolami

3)Cherubino

If you are looking for a traditional Polish restaurant on a decent level of quality you should visit one of those restaurants:

1)Polskie Jadlo

2)Morskie Oko

If you are looking for a good pizzeria, we recommend you visiting Carlito at 28 Florianska Street or Dominium Pizza at 22 Main Market Square.
Amongst budget places it is worth mentioning a chain of Thai-Chinese bars called A-Dong, there are lots of them in the centre of Krakow, just outside the Main Market area. Average price of big meal with chicken is 12 – 17 PLN. But closer to Main Market (at Grodzka, Sw Tomasza and Szewska Streets) you can find some Chinese fast food points called Asia to go, where you can get a meal for 11 PLN. If it comes to fast food, Kebabs are pretty popular in Krakow with average price of 8-9 PLN per Kebab. On Szewska Street, just off the corner with Main Market there is a king of fast food – McDonalds. Another one is located on Florianska Street, just next to Barbican. Small burger costs here only 3 PLN, big frites – 5 PLN.
