Panga Pank Theatre has been established by Anka Wierzchowska Wozniak and Lukasz Wozniak in 2003. The name comes from a certain beautiful place in Estonia. Theatre is in constant collaboration with Stary Theatre in Krakow, TR Warszawa and K. Warlikowski’s Nowy Teatr in Warsaw.

Panga Pank Theatre represents the most eminent Polish playwrights, among them: Michal Bajer, Amanita Muskania, Jan Klata, Marek Kochan, Jacek Papis, Monika Powalisz, Maria Spiss, Michal Walczak, Przemyslaw Wojcieszek, Maria Wojtyszko, Szymon Wroblewski, as well as foreign ones: Miro Gavran (Croatia), Elfriede Jelinek (Austria), Neda Nezdana (Ukraine). Together with Adam Mickiewicz Institute and Theatre Institute it has organized promotions of polish authors and texts abroad.
